TYPE OF FEE - PER CHILD
Late pick up fee $1.00/minute ($15 minimum)
After 6:30 pm for extended care students, or 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time for part time students.
No notice fee $15.00
Any time we are responsible for picking up your student and we don’t receive notice that the student is not in school or does not need to be picked up.
Fee to recreate monthly invoice(s) $15.00
You should keep your monthly invoices as they are your tax receipt. This fee applies to requests for additional copies of invoices (up to 6).
The following fees apply only with prior arrangements
Hourly rate $15.00
Early drop off $15.00
Any student can request early drop off as early as 6:30 am. There is no charge for this service if the student is in extended care. This fee only applies to part-time students if they arrive earlier than 15 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Extend ½ day student (until 6:30 pm) $35.00
Extend full day student (until 6:30 pm) $30.00
Extend part time student 15 min. to 2 hours $25.00(Rate for afterschool care for one day)
The following rates are for additional days not scheduled for your child
Half day rate (8:15-11:15) $35.00
Full day rate (8:00-2:30) $45.00*
Extended day rate (6:45-6:30) $50.00
Extended day rate for infants (6:45-6:30) $55.00
*Extended day rate for children 6 years old and older are the same as the full day rate.
Fee Schedule

All of our programs require the registration and materials deposit to secure your child’s spot. First month’s tuition is due on the first day that your child begins school. Half of last month’s tuition is due as well; however may be made in two equal payments. Half of last month tuition is refundable only with a two week notice of withdrawal, otherwise it is forfeited.
Parents provide all diapers, wipes. We reserve the right to determine if a student is fully potty trained before reducing fees. We offer a hot lunch program at no additional fee. We offer yoga and art to students 3 years and older. We offer Music, Dance and Computer enrichment programs for a nominal fee.
There is an additional $50.00 monthly tuition for AM drop off in addition to Afterschool Care. Other fees may apply. Please check Clubhouse fee schedule. Afterschool Care is available to any child entering public Kindergarten or Elementary School in our area. Check with us for a list of participating schools.
We offer a 10% discount for second tuition of siblings in the same family taken off the smallest tuition amount.
