MONTESSORI RAINBOW SCHOOL 
CLASS SCHEDULE
 

6:45 TO 8:00          FREE PLAY (Tea room, breakfast is served 7:00-8:00, cafeteria)

8:15 TO 10:30        MONTESSORI CLASS TIME
                              (Includes am snack, group singing & movement, show-n-tell, etc.)
                              Pre-K and Kinder classes begin at 8:15
                              Toddler and Beginner classes begin at 8:30

10:30 TO 11:15       OUTSIDE PLAY TIME (weather permitting, or center time if bad weather)

11:15 TO 11:30       HALF DAY CHILDREN ARE PICKED UP (late fees after 11:30)

11:15 TO 11:30       FULL DAY AND EXTENDED DAY PLAY (Continues)

11:30 TO 12:00       LUNCH TIME (Children eat with their classes)

12:00 TO 12:30       STORY TIME/NAP TIME (toddlers/pre-school in pre-school room.  Kindergarten in 
                               their own room, stories only)

12:30 TO 2:00         MONTESSORI CLASS TIME

12:30 TO 2:00          NAP TIME (children who require one)

2:15 TO 2:30            FULL DAY CHILDREN ARE PICKED UP (Late pick up fees apply after 2:30, unless other 
                                arrangements are made)

2:30 TO 3:00            SNACK FOR EXTENDED CARE

3:00 TO 3:30            GROUP TIME (Songs, games, ellipse time, afterschool snack)

3:15 TO 5:30            FREE PLAY (outside, arts & crafts, centers, video room, or loft.)

5:30 TO 6:30            PARENTS PICK UP  (tea room or block center)
